Custom & Bespoke Orders:
As each custom or made-to-order piece is created specifically for you, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
This includes engagement rings, wedding bands, and personalised designs.
Ready-to-Wear Jewellery:
Items from our ready-to-wear collection may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@eighty8diamonds.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Returned items must be in perfect condition with no signs of wear or alteration.
All certificates (e.g., IGI/GIA diamond grading reports) must be returned with the item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds:
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days once the item is inspected.
Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible on eligible items (ready-to-wear) if the requested replacement is available.

Certification & Quality
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes — every diamond is independently certified (IGI or GIA) and comes with an Eighty8Diamonds Certificate of Authenticity.
Do you sell lab-grown or natural diamonds?
We specialise in lab-grown certified diamonds. They are physically and chemically identical to mined diamonds, but more ethical and sustainable.
Natural diamonds are also available on request.
Delivery & Shipping
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We offer free insured UK delivery on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with trusted couriers (FedEx, DHL, etc.), and all parcels are fully insured.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship items: 2-5 working days (UK)
Custom orders: usually 2-3 weeks
Rings & Sizing
Can I try on rings before buying?
Yes. Book a showroom appointment in Cardiff or Dubai, or request a video consultation.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes - all rings can be resized. We also create bespoke custom designs using CAD and 3D wax printing.
Payments & Protection
What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. For high-value orders, we also offer secure split payments.
Is my purchase protected?
Yes — all orders are insured, and every piece is guaranteed to match its certification and description. If not, you're entitled to a refund or replacement.
